“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

Carl Gustav Jung

Hang-ups, complexes, neurosis, insecurity, blocks, narcissism, dependency, burnout or however one might call it are the side effects of the psyche trying to protect itself from the risk of failing, being denied, re-injured or overwhelmed. At the same time, we’re kept away from the things which would make our lives the most fulfilling.

These systems might leave us with anxiety, sadness, aggression, a lack of direction or momentum, isolation, compulsion, pessimism, regret, helplessness, feelings of worthlessness, etc.

Together in an analytical environment, we perceive these patterns and psychodynamics, and feel their affects. We understand why these themes in our lives have emerged, whether we’re facing the consequences of the world around us, our own actions, or a sense of fate. As we respectfully engage this content, we find the capacity to confront external adversity with a sense of purpose and an aptitude for endurance. We can begin to access uninhibited self-expression and let our primary selves come through.

In these moments, we can experience life as our most uncomplicated, fundamental human selves – which we discover is entirely worthy of love and acceptance. We build security and lose the urge to pretend to be someone we’re not. It is here that we can find our deepest motivations and significance.

FEEDBACK

B.G. Musician, Performer, DJ.

“Before working with Max, my thoughts were chaotic and scattered, constantly competing with each other. I always had a feeling of being overwhelmed. Through our Jungian analysis sessions, Max has fostered a natural ability to sort through my thoughts and find a sense of clarity I never thought possible. He creates a space of patience and structure, which gradually rubbed off on me."

J.M. Mother, Finance Executive

As a parent managing the intense emotions surrounding challenges my children were facing, I found Max's Jungian approach very helpful. He created a supportive space that allowed me to step out of my feelings to gain perspective on my situation.

We uncovered deeper patterns in my reactions and developed the emotional stability needed to approach my children’s struggles with resilience and patience. These insights have been transformative for both my personal growth and my ability to support my family. I highly recommend his expertise to anyone facing family and relationship challenges.

J.Y. IT Executive

“Through our work together, Max helped me see a profound pattern: whenever conflict, disappointment, challenge or desire arose, I would rush to fix things or satisfy my needs, with an urgency that only intensified the situation and pushed others away. This revelation has helped me to change fundamentally, and I couldn't have discovered it without his skill and insight.”

T.H. Business Owner

“I didn’t know who I was before this work with Max. I’m beginning to find out who I am.”

V.R. Mother, Business Owner

“Max helped me recognize how my people-pleasing tendencies and fear of conflict came from patterns in my mind. Through our work together, I've learned to handle disagreements without the constant fear of abandonment. His calm, steady presence helped me see that I don't need to be scared about what 'might' happen anymore. I'm finally able to let genuine connections develop naturally."

His insights have been transformative - now when I'm catching a flight or searching for parking, these once-triggering situations barely register as disruptions."

P.R. Investment Banker

"Max's expertise in dream work and his skill in helping me explore my family history have been transformative. Together, I've discovered layers of myself that were buried beneath society's expectations and family pressures. He creates a space for exploration and discovery and has helped me release long-held tensions. I no longer feel like I'm constantly taking a stand against the world."

J.W. Creative Director

"Intimacy always felt foreign to me. Through my Jungian work with Max, I've discovered an ability to be vulnerable that I never thought possible. His natural warmth gave me a space where I could experience what it is to be related to someone. This helped me move past play-acting in relationships. Max helped me see that being myself is enough - I don't need to perform anymore."

M.W. Business Owner

"Max helped me recognize how I was trapped in a narrative about myself that I had never questioned. Through our analytical work together, his keen insights and ways of questioning perceiving reality, I've been able to take apart this story and find things about myself that are truly me.

K.D. Actor

"Before working with Max, my aggression felt like a force that would simply take over. Through our analytical work together, I've gained crucial insight into this overwhelming energy. We were able to hold this energy together, slow it down and actually see what was happening. Thanks to our work together I pause and consider my responses, choosing to act with intention rather than being swept away by blind rage."
